The Housing Authority of the City of Summit has opportunities for vendors to provide products and services to the Authority throughout the year. We solicit proposals through a formal process known as Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Bids.
We solicit for bids in the Summit Observer and the Star Ledger.
